Your Impact and Responsibilities:

As a Data Scientist at Nordics.io, you'll play a key role in leveraging data to drive business insights and improve our platform's AI capabilities. You’ll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, building predictive models, and collaborating with various teams to implement data-driven solutions. Here’s what you can expect:

Requirements:

• Proven Expertise: Strong background in data science, with experience in building and deploying predictive models.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, and Hugging Face Transformers. Proficient in deep learning libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Large Language Models: Understanding and practical experience with open-source Large Language Models (Llama2/3, Mixtral, etc.), including prompt engineering, inference, and fine-tuning.
• Cloud Experience: Experience working with Azure cloud environment.
• Statistical Analysis: Strong knowledge of statistical methods and their applications.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Innovation: A deep interest in emerging technologies and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Startup experience is welcome, but not a must.
