Your Impact and Responsibilities:
As a Lead Engineer (Full Stack) at Nordics.io, you'll be responsible for both front-end and back-end web development. You'll work on integrating our AI matching engine with our platform to create a seamless user experience. Here’s what you can expect:
- Platform Development: Lead the design and development of both front-end and back-end components of our AI-powered platform.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Implement best practices for software development, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and security.
- Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate advanced features into our platform.
- Technical Leadership: Provide input and guidance on full stack architecture and system designs.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions that enhance our platform's capabilities.

- Wage: Starting from Junior position at 1.800 € gross monthly. Final salary will reflect your skills and experience.
Requirements:
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in full stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as Python, PHP, and familiar with front-end frameworks like Vue.js (version 3 preferred). Experience with Laravel (latest version preferred) or Symfony is a must.
- Database Management: Strong knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Experience with MariaDB or MySQL is welcomed.
- Responsive Design: Strong knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first development. Experience with TailwindCSS is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Innovation: A deep interest in emerging technologies and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Startup experience is welcome, but not a must.
