Your Impact and Responsibilities:

As an AI Engineer at Nordics.io, you'll be instrumental in developing and optimizing AI models that power our intelligent matching engine. You’ll work on cutting-edge technologies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our platform. Here’s what you can expect:

Requirements:

• Proven Expertise: Strong background in AI and machine learning, with experience in building and deploying AI models.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience in NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, and Hugging Face Transformers. Proficient in deep learning libraries such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Large Language Models: Understanding and practical experience with open-source Large Language Models (Llama2/3, Mixtral, etc.), including prompt engineering, inference, and fine-tuning.
• Cloud Experience: Experience working with Azure cloud environment.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Innovation: A deep interest in emerging technologies and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Startup experience is welcome, but not a must.
