Your Impact and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager at Nordics.io, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our innovative platform. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential enterprise clients, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. Here’s what you can expect:
- Enterprise Market Focus: Identify and target large enterprise clients, leveraging our expertise in working with major brands like PwC and Siemens.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Generate leads, develop sales strategies, and close deals with potential enterprise clients, driving significant revenue growth.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within large organizations to foster long-term collaboration.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to enterprise sales, achieving company goals and objectives.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and support business growth initiatives.
- Knowledge Sharing: Utilize and share our extensive know-how in managing external IT projects with prospective clients to demonstrate value and expertise.
- Founders' Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to align sales strategies with the company's vision and objectives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze business development activities and results, providing regular reports to senior management.

- Wage: Starting from Junior position at 1.800 € gross monthly. Final salary will reflect your skills and experience.
Requirements:
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the SaaS oriented businesses.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills with the ability to develop and execute business development plans focused on large enterprises.
- Sales Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of securing large enterprise accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Passion for Innovation: A deep interest in emerging technologies and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Startup experience is welcome, but not a must.
